Independent chalet of 35m² arranged on 2 levels in a wood and mountain atmosphere, located next to the owners' home. Maximum capacity 4 people at no extra charge. Quiet area. Ground floor: equipped kitchen, dining table. Upstairs: on the mezzanine, sleeping area with 1 140x190cm bed, 2 armchairs, television, balcony. 1 small bedroom with 2 80x190cm bunk beds. Bathroom (bath), washing machine. Separate WC. Sheets provided and beds made on arrival, bathroom linen not provided. Optional end-of-stay cleaning. Electric heating. Private terrace in front of the cottage with magnificent views of the mountains. Garden furniture (garden furniture, deckchairs, barbecue, bench), land around the chalet. Parking next to the chalet. Bike and ski room shared with the owners. The ski slopes of La Croix Fry-Merdassier, connected to the La Clusaz area, are 4km away. Shuttle stop 250m from the chalet (only during the high summer and winter seasons) connecting Manigod, La Croix Fry, Merdassier, La Clusaz.
