In a quiet area of Manigod, in the heart of the Aravis mountains, this ground-floor gîte is located in a beautifully restored old farmhouse. There is a private garden with trees in front of the gîte, offering mountain views.

25m² gîte (holiday cottage) located on the ground floor of a renovated traditional farmhouse, which also includes the owners' accommodation. Quiet area, mountain views. Separate entrance to the gîte (1 step). - Equipped kitchen: oven, microwave, sink, refrigerator with freezer compartment, 2 ceramic hobs. - Living room with sleeping area: dining table, sofa, television, 1 double bed (140x190cm), wardrobe, access to the garden. 1 step between the kitchen and the living room. - Bathroom: vanity unit with sink, shower, toilet. - Shaded garden in front of the gîte with garden furniture and sun loungers. Grounds. On-site parking within the property. Shared washing machine and dryer with the owners. Bed linen and towels are provided. End-of-stay cleaning is optional. Manigod village center (bakery, bar-restaurant, tourist office) 2.5 km away. All shops and services in Thones, 9 km away. Skiing (La Croix Fry-Merdassier linked to the La Clusaz ski area) 10 km away, shuttle bus stop 2.5 km away in the village center (winter only, access to La Croix Fry, Merdassier, and La Clusaz).
