In an exceptional natural setting in the Vallée d'Abondance: luxury gite offering very spacious volumes and vast spaces, fitted out in an authentic and warm chalet spirit (stone and old wood).
At your disposal: 4 bedrooms + mezzanine, wood stove, terrace, billiards.
Breathtaking panoramic view of the surrounding mountains and the valley.
Skiing at 3.5km in winter. Hiking on site.
Maximum capacity: 12 people.

Gîte (275m2) on the 1st and 2nd floor of an old Savoyard farmhouse with character dating from the beginning of the 19th century, and also including the owners' accommodation.
Very nice interior layout combining modernity and authenticity in a very beautiful chalet spirit.
Independent entrance on the ground floor. Access to the gîte by an internal staircase.
1st: fitted kitchen open to a large living/dining area (large corner sofa, TV, billiard area), bedroom 1 (1 180x200cm bed with open private bathroom with shower), bedroom 2 (1 180x200cm bed, private bathroom with shower), 2 separate toilets.
Upstairs: yoga room/play area, office/library area with extra bed, bedroom 3 (1 180x200cm bed), bedroom 4 (4 90x200cm beds), separate bathroom with shower, bath and toilet.
Small semi-open mezzanine accessible from the billiard area with an extra bed 160x200cm.
Sheets are included (beds made on arrival). End of stay cleaning is included. Wi-Fi internet.
Balconies, terrace with garden furniture, gas barbecue, deckchairs. Floor heating (wood supply).
Private laundry room on the 1st floor. Skiroom on the ground floor (with boot dryers).
Abondance village center 2.5km away: shops, services, restaurants.
For skiing: Essert cable car in Abondance 3.5 km away (station linked to the Portes du Soleil ski area by shuttle bus).
Châtel ski resort at 13km (15 to 20 minutes by car). Switzerland 25 minutes by car (Morgins).
Thonon-Les Bains, thermal baths and shores of Lake Geneva 30km (40 minutes). All-season hikes from the gîte. Lac des Plagnes at 8km.
Compulsory snow equipment in winter (flat, unpaved road for the last 600 metres).
