Near the center of Faverges, gîte with terrace overlooking the town with a beautiful mountain view. The perfect place for a stopover at the sources of Lake Annecy and to explore the Bauges Massif Regional Natural Park.

32m² gîte located on the garden level of the owners' house, independent access from the parking lot located in the entrance, with shared gate. Entrance through the living room including an equipped kitchen with table for 4, living room with a 140x190 cm convertible sofa, wall-mounted TV. Bedroom with 140 x 190 cm bed, cupboard/wardrobe and desks. Access to the bathroom from the bedroom. Furnished terrace located in front of the gîte with dining table, parasol, deckchairs. View of Faverges Castle and surrounding mountains. Privatized wooded garden area overlooking the town of Faverges.
Sheets, household linen provided. Towels and end-of-stay cleaning offered as an option. Wireless. Additional public parking on the other side of the road (Curiale car park). Cottage with a maximum capacity of 4 people, ideal for 2 people. Faverges-Seythenex is located 25km from Annecy and Albertville. Many hikes nearby, Tamié Abbey 9km away.
