Facing the Aravis chain, in a privileged setting, individual chalet (98m² including 15m² attic), surrounding flat land, sunny, warm atmosphere. Electric floor heating. Garage (except in winter), terrace with garden furniture, barbecue, land. Activities: Alpine skiing "Balme-Le Fernuy" sector at 600m, Nordic skiing "Les Confins" at 2km, pedestrian path a few meters away. Shuttle at 100m. In winter, access by stairs.
