Facing the Aravis mountain range in a quiet and preserved mountain area, this cottage with SPA offers you great services.
Capacity of up to 2 people + 1 child maximum on request.

In the heart of the Borne Valley, in a large private property, near the Plateau des Glières and the Aravis, 30m2 gîte on the ground floor of the owners' house.
Typical Savoyard atmosphere and decoration. Independent entrance from the terrace.
Fitted kitchen open to living room, bedroom (1 double bed 140), bathroom with shower and toilet. Sheets are provided, beds made on arrival..
Private terrace of 16m² facing due south with furniture, gas barbecue and private parking. Spa on the owners' terrace (by appointment, 2 sessions of 50 minutes offered per week of rental, bathrobes provided).
Basic shops in the village, small restaurants 1.5km away.
Grand-Bornand resorts 7km away, or La Clusaz 10km away. Lake Annecy 30km away, city of Annecy 45 minutes away. Many hikes nearby. Discount for 2-week stays -10%.
Provide snow equipment for winter stays. The road in front of the cottage is private and dead-end (about 10 passages/day).
