Chalet of 111m2 landscaped on 2 levels, close the housing of the owners.
Ground floor: entrance hall with storage, kitchen open to living room (access to terrace), shower room, wc, large laundry room.
On the first floor: lounge with Tv and sofa-futon, room 1 (1 bed 160x200), Room 2 (1 bed 90x200cm + 2 beds 80x200cm be combined into bed 160x200cm), wc. Internet wifi. Sheets are provided and beds made on arrival. Covered terrace (mountain view) with furniture, barbecue. Private carport (2 places). 3km to La Clusaz and le Grand-Bornand ski resort. Space of skiing starting at 1km when the snow allows (1 ski lift, 1 wire snow, running ESF + cross-country trails at 300m). In summer: Annecy Lake and beaches at 22km (25 minutes). By car: Thones 10 minutes, Annecy 30 minutes. Reduction 10% for 3 consecutive weeks.
