This 93 m² chalet (plus garage) features a ground floor main living area with a fitted kitchen opening onto the living room (wall-mounted smart TV with Canal+, wood-burning stove, and two dining areas).
Access to bedroom 1 (queen-size bed, TV on a unit), a bathroom (with walk-in shower, washing machine and dryer), and a separate toilet, as well as a pantry.
Upstairs, access to bedroom 2 (queen-size bed and desk) and bedroom 3 (two twin beds (80x200cm) + one single bed (90x200cm). A second bathroom (bathtub, double sink, and toilet) is provided.
High-speed Wi-Fi. Large, partially sheltered terrace (garden furniture, deckchairs, barbecue, trampoline, etc.). A Storvatt red cedar hot tub is included. The garden is fenced, and the deposit is doubled if a pet is allowed. Lockable garage for skis and bikes. Private parking with gate.
