Detached 25m² chalet located on the heights of Saint-Gervais, next to the owners' chalet (which also includes another small gîte on the ground floor of their home).
Access to the chalet is via an external staircase from the parking lot.
Beautiful views of the surrounding mountains from the gîte's terraces (Mont Blanc massif, Dômes de Miage, Fiz mountain range).
The gîte comprises: a living room with a built-in kitchenette opening onto the living room (armchairs, dining area, TV), bedroom (1 140cm bed, rotating TV connecting the living room and bedroom), bathroom with shower and toilet.
For your comfort, everything is included: sheets (bed made upon arrival), towels, and end-of-stay cleaning.
Garden, south-facing terrace with garden furniture, parasol, and deckchairs, north-facing terrace area on the owners' side.
Shared: secure storage space for your skis or bikes. The owners (farmers) will be delighted to show you their business: a working dairy farm is 30 meters away (or in the mountain pasture during the summer).
The owners' direct sales store is also located 30 meters from the cottage (local and farm products: cheese, butter, yogurt, sausage, etc.).
The main road is located below the parking lot.

Saint-Gervais village center is a 5-minute drive (2.5 km): restaurants, shops, swimming pool, ice rink, etc.
Bettex cable car in Saint-Gervais is 2.5 km away (ski area connecting Saint-Gervais/Megève). The ski bus stop is located below the parking lot (free shuttle, operates during the tourist season only). Les Contamines-Montjoie resort is a 15-minute drive.
Saint-Gervais Thermal Baths (Le Fayet) is 7 km away. Mont-Blanc Tramway 3.5 km away: a rack railway providing access to the Bellevue Plateau (access to numerous year-round hikes).
Chamonix-Mont-Blanc is a 30-minute drive away, and Annecy and Geneva are approximately 1 hour away.
