In a quiet hamlet in the village of Saint-Eustache located on the heights of Lake Annecy, independent gîte of 36m² on two levels located within the grounds of the owners' house who also offer a guest house.
On the ground floor, hallway giving access to the bedroom (140x190cm bed, wall-mounted TV and electric fireplace) as well as the bathroom (shower, vanity basin, towel dryer). Upstairs, living room consisting of a kitchen/living room (equipped kitchen, dining table, 2 reading armchairs) giving access to the private outdoor space composed of two spaces, terrace and solarium. Overlooking view and proximity to the neighboring field (cows possible in spring and fall). Bed linen, household linen and bathroom linen are provided. The bed is made upon your arrival. End of stay cleaning possible as an option. By its definition, a mazot is fundamentally minimalist in its surface area and offers an optimized layout. Shared parking with the guest house and the owners, access to the accommodation via a path within the property taking you to the private terrace on the ground floor with a small fountain in front of the sheltered entrance to the gîte.
