Individual chalet of 120m2 on 3 levels, offering a beautiful view over the village and the Grand Massif. The chalet is located in a quiet environment, on a sloping ground located on the edge of the forest. On the ground floor: laundry room, large garage with space for storing skis. On the 1st floor: fitted kitchen area open to the living room (pellet stove, sofas, Tv), bedroom 1 (1 bed 160x200cm), bathroom (walk-in shower), separate toilet. On the 2nd floor: bedroom 2 (1 l60x200cm), bedroom 3 (2 beds 90cmx190cm), bedroom 4 (1 bed 160x200cm), bathroom (walk-in shower), separate toilet, balcony. West terrace accessible from the living room, furnished with tables and chairs. A second terrace area with a forest table is located on the southern part of the chalet. Samoëns village center, shops, botanical garden etc ... 800m (10 to 12 minutes on foot). Sheets are included, and beds are made on arrival. Wifi Internet. Grand-Massif-Expr gondola 1.7 km away: direct access to the Grand Massif ski area in winter, and to many activities in summer (hiking, paragliding, mountain biking, etc.). In summer: hiking trails 500m from the chalet. Lac aux Dames leisure center in Samoëns 2.5 km away (tennis, swimming pool in summer, mini-golf, fishing pond). Morillon Blue Lake leisure center 5.5km away (swimming in summer, tree climbing, ponies ...) Many hikes in the Fer-A-Cheval cirque nature reserve 12km away. Chamonix, Annecy and Geneva at around 1h00 eniture. 10% reduction for 3 consecutive weeks. Snow removal provided in winter, but snow equipment is strongly recommended.
