House comprising 2 gîtes et owners' home. 2nd floor gîte (16m²): kitchen area, small living room, alcove (double bed), shower room + WC. Central heating. Shared garden (garden furniture) behind the house. 10% reduction for stays of 3 weeks. Gîte alongside a road. 10 mn from La Clusaz ski resort (day nurseries, freestyle skiing, sleigh rides, open-air ice-rink). Bus-stop for Annecy/La Clusaz 50m. Smoking not permitted within gîte.

House comprising 2 gites and the owners' accommodation. Gîte of 16 m² on the 2nd floor: kitchen area / dining area / small living area, sleeping area (1 140 cm bed), bathroom (hoof bath) with toilet. Linens provided. Central heating. Common ground at the back of the house with garden furniture. Gite on the edge of the road linking Annecy to the Aravis resorts. 10 minutes from the resort of La Clusaz (childcare centres, artistic skiing, sledding, natural ice rink) and Le Grand-Bornand. Annecy/La Clusaz bus stop 200 m away. NON SMOKING COTTAGE. Only 1 animal is accepted in the gîte.
