Fitted kitchen in living room (sofabed, VCR), bedroom 1 (beds: 1 double, 1 single), bathroom, WC, bedroom 2 (beds: 1 double, 2 bunk, shower room/WC). Electric heating. Terrace, ski storage, barbecue, south-facing garden. Access via 100m tarmac road + parking. 10% reduction for stays of 3 weeks. Beginners ski slopes nearby. Evasion Mont-Blanc ski area 1km. Nearby: shuttle, 'Tour du Mont-Blanc' (classic Alpine mountain walk). Leisure centre 3km. Saint-Gervais (spa town) 13km. Village centre 1km.

Shower room, separate WC. Bedroom 1 with 1 bed 140 cm, bedroom 2 with 1 bed 160 cm (possibility of 2x80 cm), and 2 single bunk beds, 1 extra bed, bathroom (shower, WC). It is necessary to bring sheets, towels and household linen.
