This 60m² cottage is located on the ground floor (one step) of a renovated Savoyard farmhouse, which also includes the owners' accommodation and another small cottage upstairs.
The cottage has its own private entrance.
It comprises the following:
- Living room with an open-plan fitted kitchen (dining area, sofa, TV).
- Sleeping alcove with one double bed (140x200cm) and one bunk bed (90x190cm): this area connects to the bedroom and the shower room with toilet.
- Bedroom (one king-size bed, 180x200cm).
- Shower room (walk-in shower).
- Separate toilet.
A landscaped terrace in front of the cottage entrance (garden furniture, barbecue) and a wooden deck with table, chairs, and parasol. For your comfort, everything is included: bed linens (beds made), towels, and end-of-stay cleaning.
Parking is 30m from the cottage (with the possibility of unloading in front of the cottage).
Taninges village center is a 6-minute drive (3km). Supermarket is 2.5km away.
For skiing: Grand Massif ski area is 11km away (Morillon gondola lift). Les Gets-Morzine is 13km away (Portes du Soleil ski area). The family-friendly resort of Praz-de-Lys-Sommand is 15km away. Cross-country skiing is available in Sommand or on the Agy plateau, both 14km away.
Numerous hiking trails are available in the area year-round (Sixt nature reserve). Whitewater sports are available on the Giffre River (rafting, canyoning, etc.).
The Lac Bleu leisure center in Morillon is 10km away: summer swimming, treetop adventure courses, horseback riding, etc. Samoëns 12km away, Cirque de Fer-à-Cheval.
Downhill mountain biking in Les Gets 13km away.
