Gîte of 48m2 laid out on one level on the ground floor of the owners' chalet. Quiet environment, warm interior (chalet spirit), and beautiful view of the surrounding mountains. The cottage has its own private entrance: entrance hall, living room (sofa, TV), fitted kitchen, bedroom (1 bed 160x200cm), giving access to a bathroom with shower and toilet. Towels and sheets are included (bed made on arrival). Wi-Fi internet. Boiler room (oil heating). West private terrace with garden furniture, parasol, deckchairs. Parking of the vehicle in front of the entrance of the gîte. Contamines-Montjoie village center, shops, restaurants 500 meters away. For skiing: Montjoie gondola at 1.4km (shuttle stop 300m from the gîte). Ice rink at 300m. Saint-Gervais thermal baths (Le Fayet) 14km away. Saint-Gervais-Les-Bains at 9km. Mont-Blanc tram from Saint-Gervais 10km away. Many hikes to practice in the all-season sector: Contamines-Montjoie nature reserve, GR tour of Mont-Blanc, Mont Joly... Megève 30 minutes by car, Chamonix about 40 minutes. 10% reduction for 3 consecutive weeks.
