Welcoming self-contained gîte (31m2) in tastefully converted former Savoie-style granary (+ little chalet annex for storage). Ground floor: small kitchen (microwave), living room (double sofabed), shower room/WC. 1st floor: 1 bedroom (beds: 1 double, 1 cot). Electric heating. Shared washing m/c. Terrace (garden furniture), barbecue. 1000m2 orchard. For hire: towels, bed et household linen. Easy access in winter, gîte ideal for learning et practising snow-shoeing. Thônes 5km. Annecy (et its lake) 25km. Ski resorts: La Croix-Fry 12km, La Clusaz et Le Grand-Bornand 15km. Ski slopes et cross-country skiing. If telephoning, please do so in the evening.
