Cozy, atypical and charming gîte located 6km from the center of Chamonix.
Shuttle stop 100 m away! Grands Montets cable car 1.3km (Chamonix ski area).
Large flat garden offering a beautiful view of the Mont-Blanc massif.

Gîte of 32m2 arranged on 3 levels in the privatory wing of an old renovated farm also comprising 2 owners dwellings.
Independent entrance from the garden: sas with tidying up, kitchen integrated on corner meal (TV, wood stove).
On the 1st floor: bedroom (1 bed 160x200cm, TV), separate WC with washbasin. On the 2nd floor: bathroom in mezzanine (bath). Utility room in the basement with laundry and washing machine.
Towels and bed linen are included (bed made upon arrival). Internet wifi. Garden with view on the Mont Blanc massif with furniture, parasol, deckchairs and barbecue.
Parking in the property (electric gate). Shuttle stop 20m to Chamonix center or the cable car of the Grands Montets.
Village center of Argentière at 2km, Chamonix at 6km. Numerous hikes nearby (nature reserve of Aiguilles Rouges).
House located on the roadside (lodging located in the opposite wing to the road). Reduction 10% for 3 consecutive weeks.
