44m2 gîte on the ground floor of an old renovated country farmhouse also including 3 guest rooms, as well as the owners' accommodation (located at the rear of the farmhouse). Each has its own private entrance. Separate entrance from the car park: integrated kitchen open to living room (TV, Rapido type convertible sofa with extra bed 160x200 cm), bedroom (2 90x190cm beds can be combined into a 180cm bed), shower room (Italian shower), separate wc. Small private terrace area in front of the gîte (table and 4 chairs). Towels and sheets are included (beds made on arrival). WiFi internet. Parking in front of the gîte. Ski / bike room. Wellness area with whirlpool and sauna (2 accesses per stay). Ski room with boot dryer available. Combloux village center (shops, entertainment) 3km away. Megève / Saint-Gervais ski area 2.5 km away (Princess gondola), Combloux ski area 4 km away. Combloux biotope body of water (summer swimming) at 3,5km. Sports center of Megève at 5.5km (swimming pool, ice rink, tennis ...). Baths of Saint-Gervais at 8,5km. Many hikes nearby all season. Chamonix 30 minutes by car.
