The ascent is via the Rosay cable car. The descent passes through different environments: alpine environment, undergrowth, hamlet of Nant Robert where stands a pretty chapel of 1762 which has preserved its period architecture.
Alternative: from the top of the Rosay cable car, you can take a return trip to the summit of Mont Lachat de Châtillon.
