Cottage of 112m2 on 2 levels in a large adjoining chalet also including the owners'accommodation.
The gîte is a private wing of the chalet, and each has its own private entrance.

On the 1st level (access by 5 external steps): fitted kitchen open to living room / lounge with fireplace, separate lounge (Tv), bathroom (shower), separate wc.
Upstairs: bedroom 1 (1 bed 140x200cm, semi-open private bathroom with corner spa bath, bedroom 2 (1 bed 140x190cm), bedroom 3 (1 bed 140x190cm), separate toilet.
Sheets are included. Possibility to rent towels. Internet wifi.
Pleasant private terrace with garden furniture, parasol, deckchairs and barbecue. Land around the accommodation.
Private garage in the basement for one car, with storage space (skis or bikes).
The owners'sawmill is located below due (potential noise nuisance during the day) in operation only in summer.

Skiing at 6.5km in winter on 3 areas: Combloux (resort linked to Megève-Le Jaillet and La Giettaz), Cordon family resort, or Megève / Saint-Gervais ski area (Princess gondola in Demi-Quartier).
Combloux village center, shops and biotope lake 4.5km away (summer swimming facing Mont-Blanc).
Saint-Gervais thermal baths 11km away. Megève0km or 15 minutes by car (Palais des sports with swimming pool, ice rink, well-being ...), Chamonix-Mont-Blanc 35 minutes by car.
