In an old 15th century wine residence, carefully renovated, discover a gîte for 4 people combining contemporary fittings and antique objects, the ideal place to recharge your batteries in peace and quiet 30km from Annecy and Geneva. For your comfort, everything is included!

In the heart of the hills of Frangy, large terraced house including the gîte as well as the owners' accommodation, configured completely independently. Gîte on two levels on a raised base (access to the gîte via an external staircase of 7 steps).
On the 1st level, large entrance hall with reading corner, vintage table football, separate WC and staircase leading upstairs. Access to the main room (2 steps) consisting of a fitted kitchen open to the living room with return allowing a backrest to be provided for the dining table seats. Living room with leather sofa and armchair, TV.
Upstairs, 2 bedrooms with 140x190 cm and 160x200 cm beds. Large bathroom with walk-in shower, vanity basin, WC.
Sheets provided and beds made upon your arrival, household and bathroom linen provided. End of stay cleaning included. Baby bed, high chair, child bath available on request.
Private terrace in front of the gîte with a view of the surrounding countryside. Private parking in the gravel courtyard in front of the gîte. Possibility of recharging your electric vehicle on a domestic socket, with supplement to be agreed on site with the owners.
Hiking, castles, lakes, museums, Annecy, Geneva and ski resorts 35 km away.
