You can also relax in the shade of the wisteria on the adjoining private terrace with a beautiful mountain view.

52m² gîte located on one level on the ground floor of a house containing the owners' accommodation. Entrance via a corridor with storage space. Equipped kitchen open to living room with 2 bar stools, with access to terrace via French window. Living room with dining table for 4 people, TV on furniture, armchair and rapido convertible sofa 140x190 cm.
Bedroom with mountain view (140x190 cm bed), bathroom (washing machine) and separate WC.
Terrace with furniture and charcoal barbecue. Courtyard in front of the cottage. Possibility of storing belongings (skis, bicycles, etc.) in the owner's garage.
Sheets, bathroom linen and end-of-stay cleaning offered as an option. Baby equipment available on request.
Independent entrance and access, easy parking directly in front of the gîte. Domestic socket accessible for recharging an electric vehicle (charging extra). Old town of Annecy, lake 28km. Geneva and Lake Geneva 30km, Chamonix 50 minutes by car. In winter, Grand-Bornand ski area 30km away. Close to the Glières plateau (Nordic skiing, hiking, etc.). Shops: La Roche-sur-Foron 4km.
