At the gates of Chamonix, cozy cottage, cosy and charming nestled on the heights of a village authentic Valley of Mont Blanc. Quiet environment, and view breathtaking on the massif of Mont Blanc from the terrace, the room and the living room. South exposure. Capacity of 2 to 4 people.

Gite independent access of 36m2 landscaped on the ground floor of a renovated farmhouse dating from the end of the 18th century, including the housing of the owners upstairs. Entry independent: fitted kitchen open to living room (sofa convertible in bed 140x200cm, Tv), bedroom with 1 bed 140x190cm (mountain view), bathroom (shower) with toilet. South Terrace (access via 6 steps) with furniture, deckchairs and barbeque. No-clos garden with children's games. The sheets and the toilet lingede are provided. Wifi Internet. Ski area of les Houches to 7km. Chamonix Centre 14km (15 minutes by car). Footpaths departing from the cottage. Thermes saint-Gervais at 10km. Possibility of fishing in the stream beside the cottage. Reduction 10% for 3 consecutive weeks.
