An ideal setting for a stay between Lake Annecy and the resorts of the Aravis Massif. The apartment is located on the first floor of a beautiful villa located in the typical town of Menthon-Saint-Bernard with its shops, its castle, its beach and its walks on the shores of Lake Annecy. Quiet area at the end of a dead end.

33m² apartment (22m² attic) located on the first floor of a villa that also includes the owners' accommodation. A lovely atmosphere, a quiet location between Lake Annecy and the Aravis mountains. Sleeps up to 2 people (including babies).

Fully equipped kitchen opening onto the living room (dining table, sofa, armchair, television).
Bedroom with 1 140x190cm bed.
Bathroom with shower and vanity sink, toilet, and washing machine.
Garden with patio furniture and deckchairs.
Everything is included: Wi-Fi, bed linens/sheets, towels, and end-of-stay cleaning.
Bicycles are available in the owners' garage.
One private parking space is available on site. A car is required for daily use.
Check-in is available from 4 pm to 8 pm.
