Accommodation:
On a sunny hillside, on the first floor of a detached house, an independent 60m2 apartment with a beautiful entrance that can be transformed into an office if you come to tele-work, a master bedroom, a beautiful fitted kitchen opening onto a large living room under the slope and wooded making the decor warm.
There's also a sheltered balcony where you can enjoy lunch, coffee or an aperitif while admiring the Mont Blanc massif.
For coffee, we've provided a good espresso maker. There's also a raclette machine and a fondue machine for you to enjoy in winter.
The bathroom has a modern shower and toilet.
The terrace is on the first floor, where you can relax with a cup of tea.

Access for travelers:
Parking space parallel to the house, opposite the main entrance. Please do not park opposite the staircase.
To reach the apartment, take the first concrete staircase to the right of the house, then a second wooden staircase at the back of the house.
The village of "La Plagne d'en Haut" is easily accessible by car or on foot, and is at the start of several hiking trails.

Located 1h15 from Geneva airport, 20 min from the village of Cordon on foot and 5 min by car, you'll find a bakery, a sherpa, a bar, a tabac presse and a restaurant. For summer bathing, there's a leisure center 25 min away by car.

And of course the mountains all around, for hiking and skiing, Chamonix, Megève, St Gervais, les Contamines and the family resort of Cordon of course! In winter, the free shuttle bus, just a 2-minute walk away, can even take you straight to the slopes!
