In the land of Mont-Blanc: gîte (55m2) on the ground floor of a beautiful chalet-style country house, also including owner accommodation (on the 1st), as well as another gîte (on the 2nd).
Each has its own private entrance. Independent entrance from the terrace:
Living room (bench-z offering an extra bed 140x190cm, Tv) with integrated kitchen area, bathroom (bath), bedroom (1 bed 160x200cm) with mezzanine (access by steep staircase) including 1 bed 140x190cm + 1 bed 90cm. Height under ceiling of the mezzanine: 1,3m. Wifi access, private ski room.
Large garden with childrens games, covered terrace with garden furniture and barbecue. Parking in the courtyard, in front of the gîte.
Megeve/Saint-Gervais ski area 1km from the gite (Princess gondola), center of Combloux, biotope lake (summer swimming) 2.5km.
Megeve center town and sports hall at 3,5km (swimming pool, balneotherapy, skating rink, tennis ...). Horse riding center 500 meters away (ponies).
Saint-Gervais thermals bath at 12km. Chamonix-Mont-Blanc at 30km. Many hikes nearby in all seasons.
