Ideal location for this beautiful gite between Les Confins and the center of La Clusaz with its shops, services, restaurants, ski lifts... Quality fittings (fitted out by an interior designer), mountain view, south facing. Shuttle stop at 100m.

Apartment of 82m² offering great benefits (furnished by an interior designer) with its atmosphere combining wood and contemporary.
The gite is on the ground floor (one level) of a chalet which also includes the owners' home and another rental. Capacity up to 6 people (on request for the 6th person).
Independent entrance.
Entrance hall with pantry/laundry room (storage, washing machine), equipped kitchen open to the dining room and the living room (sofa, armchair, television, reading/sleeping area with 1 90cm bed), access to the balcony.
2 bedrooms: bedroom 1 (1 bed 140x190cm, shower room/wc), bedroom 2 (1 bed 140x190cm and 1 bed 90x190cm), bathroom (bath and shower), 1 separate toilet.
Sheets provided, towels not provided, end of stay cleaning optional. Wi-Fi Internet.
