Gîte (32m2) on the ground floor and on the same level, in a wing of the owners' chalet. Each has its own private entrance: Independent entrance (one step): entrance hall, integrated kitchen area open to living room (sofa, Tv), bedroom (1 bed 140x190cm) giving access to a bathroom with shower and wc. Sheets are provided. Wifi acess. Electric heating (on the floor). Private covered parking space opposite the entrance to the gîte. Outside: small table with 2 chairs for the gîte, private terrace area at the rear of the gîte (garden furniture, parasol, deckchairs and barbecue). Free access to the swimming pool located at the back of the chalet (accessible from June to September, depending on the weather). The swimming pool which is shared with the owners offers a beautiful panorama of the Mont-Blanc massif. Bus stop for Chamonix 500m (8 minutes walk). Taconnaz train station at 750m (10 minutes on foot). Skiing in Les Houches at 3.5km in winter (Bellevue cable car). Chamonix center 3.5km away (first ride by car): Montenvers train, Aiguille du Midi cable car ... Les Houches center at 3km, shops at 1.5km. Many hikes to practice in the all-season sector.
