On the heights of the village of Bernex, independent south-facing chalet (124m² + attics) arranged on 3 levels and offering a panoramic view of the mountains. Quality services, very pleasant and warm atmosphere. Ground floor: kitchen open to living room (wood stove), access to terrace, balcony and garden, Bedroom 1 (1 double bed), bathroom, separate toilet. Upstairs: Bedroom 2 (1 140 cm bed), Bedroom 3 (1 160x200 bed, 1 90 cm bed), Bedroom 4 (1 90 cm bed, convertible Z bench), balcony, bathroom, WC. Lower level of the chalet: ski/bike room, 2nd entrance. Garden furniture, deckchairs and barbecue. Swings with children's games. Alpine/cross-country skiing 1.5km, Lake Geneva, Evian, thermal baths 11km. Leisure center and mountain lake 3km. Numerous walks and hikes departing from the chalet. Charging of electric vehicles prohibited. Rental only every two weeks during the summer holidays.
