Pleasantly renovated apartment, 75 m², with 3 rooms, very bright with a beautiful view of Lake Annecy, quiet and not overlooked. This apartment is located in the centre of the village and close to all shops.
A private parking space is available.

Rated as a 3 star furnished holiday let, and located in a luxury building with lift, it consists of a fully equipped kitchen, open onto a spacious living room: lounge / living room (can sleep 2), with TV; 2 bedrooms (1 king size bed + 2 bunk beds); and a bathroom with bath. It is equipped with a traditional oven; 4 ring hob; microwave; fridge; TV; dishwasher; washing machine.
There is also free Wi-Fi connection.

In addition, the apartment has a furnished west-facing terrace and an additional balcony.
Note: A private outdoor parking space is available. Please note, however, that it is a bit narrow, especially for a saloon car or SUV.

Animals not accepted.

The Brune Beach is a 10-minute walk away. Water sports: sailing, stand up paddle, water skiing etc
A cycle path connects Veyrier to Annecy, 6 kms away.
The ski resorts of La Clusaz and Grand-Bornand are a 30-minute drive from Veyrier.
Geneva airport is 40 kms away.
