Cottage of 53 m 2 landscaped on the hills of the Valley of the Giffre on the 1st floor of a completely renovated House. Private SPA and fitness room.

In a quiet mountain area between the Grand Massif and the Portes du Soleil, gîte of 53m2 on the 1st floor of a fully renovated house including the owners home and another cottage on the ground floor. Warm environment. Integrated kitchen open to living room (TV, sofa bed), Bedroom 1 (1 bed 160x200), Bedroom 2 (1 bed 160x200 / possibility 2x80cm), bathroom with toilet. Private SPA on the balcony. Sheets and towels provided, beds made. Terrace with furniture, garden. Common to 2 gîtes: gym and ski room. Car park. Ski at Les Gets and Praz-de-Lys: at 10km, Morillon at 11km, Samoens at 14km. Taninges center at 1.5km. Stay 3 weeks - 10%.
