48m2 gîte on the 1st floor of a chalet also including the owners' accommodation. Beautiful interior chalet-style atmosphere. Common entrance on the ground floor, then access to the gîte from an internal staircase. Integrated kitchen open to living room (fireplace, Tv, sofa), bedroom (1 bed 160x200cm + 1 bed 90x190cm in a secure mezzanine), bathroom (shower), separate toilet. Pleasant balcony offering a view of Mont-Blanc, Rochebrune and Mont d'Arbois accessible from the living room and 2 chairs). Internet wifi. Private parking space in the courtyard of the chalet. Ski / bicycle room. Sheets are provided, and beds made on arrival. Towels provided. Megève village center 1.7km away: shops, restaurants, casino, sports center (swimming pool, skating rink, wellness area ...). Skiing 2km away in winter (Jaillet gondola, Chamois gondola). In summer: swimming in the biotope lake of Combloux at 7km, or Lake of Flumet at 9km. Thermes de Saint-Gervais 17km away. Cham 45 minutes. Many hikes nearby all seasons. 10% reduction for 3 consecutive weeks. Snow equipment recommended in winter.
