In an enchanting setting, near the medieval village of Alby-sur-Chéran and halfway between Annecy and Aix-les-Bains, independent gîte with a chalet style, carefully furnished on two levels offering a closed garage and a beautiful outdoor space with sheltered terrace. Ideal for feeling at home!

Independent gîte of 75m² (+ 8m² attic) on two levels with closed garage. Independent, level access from the parking lot. On the ground floor: entrance hall with cupboard and access to the bathroom (shower, WC). Living room composed of a lounge with TV on furniture (sofa, armchair), an open kitchen with dining table for 4 people. Access to the garage from the inside, including a laundry area. Access to outdoor spaces from the kitchen and living room. On the 1st floor, small corridor giving access to the two bedrooms and the separate WC. Bedroom 1 with 140x200cm bed and bedroom 2 with a 140x190cm bed + 90x200cm bed.
Reversible air conditioning in the living room and bedroom 2. Sheltered terrace and large open area accessible around the gîte.
Sheets and towels to bring or offered as an option. Optional end-of-stay cleaning package, cleaning deposit if pets. 21km from Aix les Bains, 18km from Annecy and at the gates of the Massif des Bauges PNR (Semnoz ski area 18km and Bauges resorts (Revard, Aillons, Margeriaz). Rumilly leisure center 7km away. A41 motorway less than 2km.
