Independent chalet of 32m² (+7m² attic) with a warm atmosphere, arranged on 2 levels and located next to the owners' house also including another gîte (studio reference 1022).
Quiet area, chalet at the end of a dead end. Capacity up to 4 people maximum. Wifi Internet.
Access by external stairs from the car park.
Integrated kitchen open to the living room (dining table, television, rapido type convertible sofa to sleep 2 people), access to the balcony offering a beautiful unobstructed view of the mountains and the village of Abondance.
Shower room with sink, large walk-in shower, toilet, washing machine.
Duplex (access by steep staircase): attic bedroom with 1 140x190cm bed.
Terrace at the back of the chalet (South), garden, pétanque court. Balcony with garden furniture. Barbecue, deckchairs.
Parking in front of the chalet, 1 space under cover. Owners' premises (material storage only) under the chalet.
Electric heating. Bed linen and towels are provided, optional end-of-stay cleaning (to be paid directly to the owner).
Skiing in the Portes du Soleil area: Abondance 2.5km, La Chapelle d'Abondance 9km, Chatel 14km. Shuttle 3km to the center of Abondance. Ski/sledding fun area in Abondance.
Lake Geneva, Thonon or Evian-les-Bains Thermal Baths 28km away. Numerous hikes departing from the lodge.
Gravel path for the last 200 meters. Bring snow equipment in winter.
