In an old renovated farm cottage on the ground floor offering a beautiful panorama on the mountains. Orientation South, at the edge of a small stream. Mountain atmosphere.

In a quiet area 3 km from the centre of the village of Manigod, facing la Tournette Massif, cottage (32 m²) at the ground floor of a renovated farmhouse comprising also the owner. Independent entrance. Food corner terrace and garden, living room, bathroom (shower, washbasin, WC). Duplex: room (1 bed 160 x 200). Linens and towels provided. Parking at the top level. Access by road via unmade road 150 m, snow mandatory winter equipment. Ski (La Croix Fry-Merdassier connected to the La Clusaz field) 9.5 km, Lake Annecy, 24 km, Annecy 30 km beaches. Many walks summer/winter out of the cottage. Small dog accepted under conditions and with the agreement of the owner. Rent a week from Sunday to Sunday.
