Very spacious apartment with secure indoor swimming pool heated to 28°/30°, in a quiet location with private parking on the property, sleeps 4/5. The pool is not in use in winter.

This independent dwelling is located at the entrance to the property. Balcony with mountain views. Children's play area with swing, trampoline, small chalet, boules pitch, table tennis, shuffleboard. A gas barbecue and 3-burner tripod are available on the apartment terrace. Long-term rental outside of school holidays, from September to June with a renewable monthly contract. Possibility of renting another apartment at the same address for 4/5 people.
