Independant chalet (56m2) on one level next to the owners' house. The cottage is located in the Mont-Blanc valley in the Municipality of Domancy, near Sallanches and the Saint-Gervais thermal bath. Entrance hall with storage, integrated kitchen area open to living room (Tv, wood stove), bedroom 1 (1 bed 140x190cm), bedroom 2 (2 beds 80x200cm which can be twinned on request as a 160cm bed). Shower room (shower), separate toilet. Parking on site. Garden, balcony, and south-east terrace facing the Molanc with garden furniture, parasol, deckchairs and barbecue. Everything is included: sheets (beds made on arrival), towels, and end-of-stay cleaning. Nearby ski areas: Saint-Gervais 8km (Bettex cable car), Combloux 9km. Plaine-Joux family resort 15km away. Passy leisure center 3km from the gîte: summer swimming, karting, tree climbing, mini-golf, fishing. Saint-Gervais thermal bath (Le Fayet) at 5km. Town of Sallanches at 3km, all shops at Domancy at 1km. Combloux (biotope lake), Megeve 11km, Chamonix-Mont-Blanc 25km (25 minutes by car). Many hikes to practice in all seasons (from the Mont-Blanc tramway in Saint-Gervais, Plaine-Joux plateau, Chamonix valley ...). The cottage is located 100m from a departmental road.
