At the gateway to the Chamonix Valley, facing the Mont Blanc range: a detached, duplex chalet on the sunny slopes of Passy. Chamonix is a 20-minute drive away. Skiing is 9 km away in winter. Local shops are a 5-minute walk away.

This 52m² cottage is located at the rear of a chalet on a large, fenced property. The property also includes the owners' accommodation, who live in the renovated farmhouse next to the cottage. The cottage has its own independent entrance (access to the cottage is via a gentle slope from the parking lot). The accommodation is arranged on a single level and consists of: a living room with a fitted kitchen open to the living room (table/bar, sofa, TV), bedroom 1 (1 bed 160x200cm), bedroom 2 (1 bed 140x190cm), bathroom (walk-in shower), and separate toilet. For your comfort, everything is included: sheets (beds made), towels, and end-of-stay cleaning. A grassy terrace area in front of the cottage entrance with garden furniture, a parasol, and a barbecue. Large grounds surrounding the cottage are freely accessible. Parking is available on site. The owners' dog (Border Collie) is very friendly on the property, but due to its presence, pets are not allowed. The front of the chalet includes another gîte. Supermarket 1km from the gîte. Saint-Gervais Thermal Baths (Le Fayet) 3km away. For winter skiing: Valléen cable car in Saint-Gervais 3.5km away (Saint-Gervais/Megève ski area). Plaine-Joux family resort 10km away: downhill skiing, cross-country skiing, and numerous hikes all year round. Passy leisure center 3km away: summer swimming, treetop adventure park, karting, fishing, etc. Chamonix-Mont-Blanc 20 minutes by car (20km). Megève 15km (25 minutes). Geneva 50 minutes away, Annecy, and the beaches of Lake Geneva about 1 hour away.
