This 33m² studio apartment is located on the first floor of a renovated Savoyard farmhouse, which also houses the owners and another apartment on the garden level.
It has a separate entrance (accessed via an external staircase).
The apartment is furnished as follows:
- Living area with an open-plan kitchen: 160x200cm bed, TV, table and chairs, sofa bed, built-in storage.
- Bathroom with a walk-in shower.
- Separate WC.
Small balcony with a picnic table and two chairs.
For your comfort, everything is included: bed linen (beds made), towels, and end-of-stay cleaning.
Parking is 30m from the apartment (with the possibility of unloading in front of the apartment).
The village center of Taninges is a 6-minute drive away (3km). Supermarket 2.5 km away.
For skiing: Grand Massif ski area 11 km away (Morillon gondola). Les Gets-Morzine 13 km away (Portes du Soleil ski area).
