The chalet has been completely renovated by the owners in order to preserve its authenticity, while offering maximum comfort: underfloor heating, reinforced insulation.
Very nice view of the chain of Fiz and Aravis. The chalet is located next to the owners' house.
On the ground floor: integrated kitchen area open to the living area (sofa, TV), shower room (shower, wc).
On the 1st floor: bedroom (1 bed 160x200cm, TV) + secure mezzanine with 2 beds 90x190cm. Access to the mezzanine is by removable ladder.
Sheets are included (beds made on arrival). Wi-Fi Internet. Private ski room.
Terrace with furniture (relaxation room + garden furniture), garden, deckchairs, and barbecue.
The chalet is located on the foothills of the Arve valley, 400m as the crow flies from the motorway (noise noticeable outside or open windows).
All shops at 2km, supermarket at 3km. Center of Saint-Gervais-Les-Bains at 3.5km.
Thermes du Fayet 2km by car (or 20 to 25 minutes on foot by road).
Saint-Gervais/Megève ski area 3km away (Bettex gondola). Fayet station and Mont-Blanc tramway 2km away: cogwheel train giving access to the Bellevue-Col de Voza plateau (Les Houches ski area), and many all-season hikes.
