On the heights of the town of Dingy-Saint-Clair, at the foot of the famous Parmelan mountain, this cottage for 2 to 4 people offers a cabin-like atmosphere in a small, well-designed, furnished, and equipped chalet. This rustic cottage boasts special features (a shared mezzanine with low ceilings, ladders, etc.) that add to its charm. A superb view and a comfortable terrace are perfect for a peaceful getaway between Annecy and the Aravis resorts.
Detached cottage in a wooden chalet with one level of 36 m² plus a mezzanine level with sleeping accommodations. Located on private, unfenced grounds. Access path (stairs leading down) from the parking lot along a country road.
On the garden level: large room with equipped kitchen (including washing machine, dishwasher) with bar, open to the living room including a dining area and a lounge for 4 people. Shower room and toilet accessible from the kitchen.
Upstairs: accessed by two steep ladders, mezzanine sleeping area composed of two distinct areas separated by the roof timbers. Double bed (140x190 cm) accessible from the entrance side of the chalet, single beds (90x190 cm, non-twinable) are accessible from the living room side. The area with the single beds is secured by a gate.
Wi-Fi access. Electric heating plus pellet stove (provided). Terrace with mountain views giving access to the landscaped grounds. Forests and pastures nearby. In the garden, a small cabin with cleaning supplies, garden chairs, and a supply of pellets for the stove.
