In the heart of the hamlet of Ramponnet, the flat in a small house of two units is a 20 minute walk from the lake and eight minutes from the centre of Menthon-Saint-Bernard. The flat consists of a living room and two beautiful bedrooms.

The accommodation is in the upper part of the house with a living room on the second floor including an American kitchen fully equipped to cook in good conditions (oven, microwave, induction hob, fridge-freezer, mixers, raclette and melting machine, etc.), a dining area and a sitting area. The two bedrooms on the second floor are spacious. One has a double bed and a small work area, the second has two single beds and storage space. Bed, bathroom and kitchen linens are provided. Books and games for children are available. Separate toilet and shower room. In addition, you have access to a common laundry room with washing machine and dryer, as well as a secure room for bikes, skis and strollers. A small green space, not closed but quiet, with two deckchairs is reserved for you.
Individual electric heating. Fans available in summer.
On request, for the little ones, Laure offers a high chair, cot, stroller, changing mat, potty and sled.
In the continuity of my ecological commitment, I put at your disposal for your arrival tea, coffee, powdered sugar, dishwasher tablets, dishwashing liquid, shower gel from organic farming.
