In the heart of the hamlet of Ramponnet, this flat in a small two-family house is a 20-minute walk from the lake and eight minutes from the centre of Menthon-Saint-Bernard. The flat comprises a living room and two bedrooms.
The accommodation is in the upper part of the house, with a living room on the first floor comprising a fully-equipped open-plan kitchen (oven, microwave, induction hob, fridge-freezer, blenders, raclette and fondue machines, etc.), a dining area and a sitting area. The two bedrooms on the second floor are spacious. One has a double bed and a small work area, while the second has two single beds and storage space. Bed, bathroom and kitchen linen are provided. Children's books and games are available. Separate toilet and shower room. There is also a shared laundry room with washing machine and tumble dryer, as well as secure storage for bikes, skis and pushchairs. There is a small, quiet, unenclosed green area with two deckchairs.
