Welcome to cosy bedrooms and tasty cooking in this former watermill in the heart of the green valley of Brevon. The watermill has been fully restored by the owner and is now in working order.

Frédéric Molina claims a cuisine that is both raw and delicate, sometimes a little wild, a true author's cuisine, with the will to shake up people's minds. The products are meticulously chosen to reveal a territory and can be expressed in all simplicity. For him, there are no noble products, all are exceptional, because they are the fruit of the work of women and men producers, breeders, fishermen and gatherers, for whom he feels a deep respect.

Located in a rural setting of the Chablais, this old mill renovated into a small hotel-restaurant with rustic-cosy rooms is located in the Brevon valley, only 15 km from Lake Geneva. This charming house offers a real alpine escape.
