On the ground floor (small step for access): Entrance hall with cupboard, lounge area with wall-mounted TV, club/Chesterfield type sofas, wood stove (wood provided). Two small steps to access the dining area with a large table for 8 guests. Integrated kitchen with central island, American fridge and plenty of storage. Cellar behind the kitchen with independent WC/washbasin. Laundry access with washing machine and dryer, washbasin, cleaning equipment near the lounge area.
Staircase to access the first floor: bedroom 1 with 160 cm bed, sofa, wall-mounted TV and storage. Private bathroom (Italian shower, double sink, separate WC, small balcony access). Identical bedroom 2 with a single basin in the bathroom. Between the two, large room converted into a relaxation / reading area with 2 folding beds / sofas (140 cm, 100 cm) and a bedding (80 cm). Parquet floor and glazed part.
South-west terrace with furniture, deckchairs and electric barbecue.
Wi-Fi access. Sheets, linens and towels provided. Beds made on arrival.
End of stay cleaning included. Animal on request only. 10% reduction for 3 consecutive weeks of stay. Private parking on site.
