Spacious and bright gîte on the south hillside of a calm and authentic hamlet in the Chamonix valley.
Magnificent panoramic view of the Mont-Blanc massif!
Town of Chamonix at 15km.

Gîte (77m2) on the raised ground floor of an old renovated Savoyard farmhouse, also including owner accommodation (upstairs).
Private entrance from the balcony (or shared by a hall).
In the gîte: equipped kitchen open to living room (sofas, TV), bedroom 1 (1 bed 140x190cm), bedroom 2 (1 bed 140x190cm), bedroom 3 (2 beds 90x190cm).
Bathroom (shower), separate wc.
Possibility to rent sheets. Parking space in garage (at street level), or parking in front of the gîte.
Balcony, private wooden terrace (access by steps) with garden furniture, parasol, deckchairs and barbecue (in summer). Central heating.
Snow equipment necessary in winter.
Hikes from the all-season gite.
Skiing in winter: Les Houches ski area at 8.5 km, Bettex 14 km, Megève 23 km. Center of Chamonix 15km.
Near the gîte: hiking, Gorges de la Diosaz at 2.5km, rock climbing at 3km. Thermal baths of St Gervais-Les-Bains 10km away.
