Close to lake Annecy beaches, Savoie mountain ranges ski resorts and numerous open-air activities, this flat is a perfect place for athletic, relaxing or nature-centred holidays (closest ski resort 10 kms away, less then an hour from La Clusaz and 5 minutes from lake Annecy).
Large living room with kitchen with a view of the mountains, 2 beautiful bedrooms (one with a 160cm bed, the other with three 90cm beds or one 90cm bed and one 180cm bed), 1 bathroom and 1 separate toilet, private carpark, 1 sheltered parking spot, bicycle/skis shed, garden with barbecue, chairs, table, parasol, deck chairs and sun loungers.
To provide you with a comfortable stay, this rental has all the necessary equipments: oven, micro-wave oven, fridge, fondue and raclette grill but also hairdryer, washing machine, iron and ironing board, flat screen TV, stereo, internet access... Storage areas are at your disposal in the bedrooms, living room and entrance hall. Beds are made upon arrival and bath towels are provided!
