In the Regional Natural Park of the massive of the Bauges, in the heart of a village 12km from Lake Annecy and 5km from the station of the Sambuy, cottage on the ground floor housed in a beautiful atmosphere wood, Savoy decoration.

In the heart of a hamlet, between Lake Annecy and Sambuy resort, gîte (26m²) on the ground floor of a terraced house including 2 other gites (references 270018/270019). Independent entrance. Kitchen open to living room (130cm sofa bed, shepherd's table and furniture, 82cm flat screen TV), one-eyed bedroom (interior window only, 1 140cm bed), shower room / WC. Terrace area in front of the gîte entrance. Access to a shared garden at the back of the house with garden furniture and barbecue. Common laundry room (washing machine). Car park. Gîte located on the village square, next to the fountain, in the Bauges mountains. Many hikes nearby, Tamié Abbey 6km away. Fort de Tamié (play area for children) 8km away. Seythenex - La Sambuy ski station 5km away. Shuttle 500m away, for skiing or the lake, during school holidays (summer and winter). Lake Annecy 12km. Caves and waterfall at 1.5km. Faverges (entertainment, shops) 4 km. Giez golf course 8 km away. Reduction for stays of 3 weeks -10%.
