Spacious and warm duplex apartment 200m from the center of Samoëns!
Very nice chalet-style interior layout.
Grand Massif ski area at 500m (Grand Massif Express). Shuttle 200m away in the winter season.

Gîte of 110m2 on the 1st and 2nd floor of a house also including 2 other owners' accommodation.
Each has its own private entrance. Access to the 1st floor by internal staircase (independent).
1st: fitted kitchen open to living room and lounge area (TV, sofa, armchairs), bathroom (shower), separate wc.
Upstairs: bedroom 1 (1 bed 160x200cm, TV, adjoining mezzanine area with sofa bed), bedroom 2 (1 bed 140x190cm + 2 beds 90x190cm, TV), bedroom 3 (1 bed 160x200cm, TV), bathroom water (walk-in shower, wc).
Balcony accessible from the living room with table and 2 chairs. Private ski/laundry room. Possibility to rent sheets.
Parking next to the front door.
Samoëns village center 200m (shops, entertainment). Grand Massif ski area at 500m (Grand Massif Express), free shuttle at 200m. Ice rink at 500m.
Leisure center 1km away: tennis, swimming pool in summer, mini-golf, fishing pond.
In summer, many hikes in the Grand Massif sector or in the Sixt-Fer-A-Cheval nature reserve.
