In the heart of the Giffre valley, near the Praz-de-Lys - Sommand station, independent gîte of 26 m2 located in the old chapel of a quiet and relaxing hamlet. Access via raised ground floor, 6-step staircase. Close to a second gîte and year-round accommodation.
Kitchen integrated into living room (convertible sofa, TV,), bedroom (1 bed 140), bathroom/WC. Courtyard, common ground, table and private fixed barbecue. Technical room / laundry room. Parking directly next to the house.
Sommand-Praz de Lys ski area (shuttles 1.5 km away), Nordic ski center and paragliding take-off 11 km away. Samoëns (Art and History) 17 km. Geneva 30 km. Annecy 50 km. La Roche-sur-Foron fairs 30 km away. From the gîte, numerous mountain bike and hiking trails.
